OK Staff

For the ISP Owner and the office staff: the phone view of the dashboard, the full system and the Cashier portal. Sign in with your staff account. Version 1.3.0: the phone location for time in (Employee Portal) and for pinning a house, and "Take photo" uses the phone camera inside the app (allow them when asked).

OK Field

For technicians and collectors: jobs, installations, collections and the map, with the phone location for visits and "Pin this house". Version 1.3.0: "Take photo" uses the phone camera inside the app (allow the camera when asked).

OK Monitor

Live network monitoring only: every branch, every subscriber online or offline with the live speed, every router and the active alerts. For a phone, a tablet or a TV on the wall. Sign in with a staff account that may view network monitoring.

OK RTA

For field surveys: pin poles, NAP, LCP, couplers and closures with the GPS, take the pole tag and pole photos, and fill in the poles of a pole attachment (RTA) application. Works with a weak signal: saved on the phone first, sent when there is signal. For Technicians, Network Operators and Administrators.

OK Phone (office phone)

For the office phone with a SIM: sends the system's SMS (bills, reminders, advisories) with the phone's own load and brings the replies to Messaging Center; and the payment listener - forwards the GCash, Maya and bank "you received" notices so QR payments are posted by themselves. One phone per office. Set up by the ISP Owner or an administrator.

How to install
  1. Tap Download for Android and open the downloaded file.
  2. If the phone asks, allow "Install unknown apps" for your browser (Settings), then go back and tap Install.
  3. Open the app. It opens this system's portal; sign in as usual.

In the app, press Back on the first page for the menu: Reload, Change portal, Server address and Exit. Receipts and statements are saved in Downloads/ONE-KONEK; Print also saves as PDF.

iPhone and iPad
  1. Tap iPhone / iPad above (Collectors: open collector/login.html instead).
  2. In Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  3. Open it from the Home Screen: it opens full screen with its own icon, like an app. Updates come by themselves.

iPhone apps from the App Store need an Apple Developer account and a Mac to build them; the Home Screen app works now without them.

OK Phone and Google Play Protect

The warning "This app can request access to sensitive data" is normal: OK Phone sends SMS and reads payment notifications, and it is not from the Play Store.

  1. On the warning, tap More details (or the small arrow), then Install anyway.
  2. No "Install anyway" and it is blocked: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, choose Play Protect, open its settings (⚙) and turn off Scan apps with Play Protect. Install OK Phone, then turn it back on.
  3. After installing, if notification access or the SMS permission is greyed out: Settings > Apps > OK Phone, tap ⋮ (top right) and choose Allow restricted settings.
